Know Before You Go: 10th Anniversary of the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give

BELMONT, Mich. – Tournament week is underway at Blythefield Country Club as the 10th anniversary of the Meijer LPGA Classic kicks off on June 13th, with the first group teeing off at 7:15 AM EST. This four-day tournament has loads to offer those who come out to the Grand Rapids area, and 72 holes of golf from the best players in the world is just the beginning. Here is everything fans should know before coming to this year’s Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give.
Grand Taste Concessions: The most inclusive of the food & beverage options during the tournament, the Grand Taste tents have options for all ages. Grand Taste tents are located on the 16th fairway, the 10th tee, the 18th tee, and the 18th green.
Discovery Land: This area made especially for young golf fans is back again this year. Discovery Land is filled with lawn games, live tournament information and digital scoreboards, all in an open-air area for families to enjoy while being right near the action on the 18th tee.
Kimberly-Clark Family Hospitality Area: This area has on-course resources for nursing mothers and parents. Lactation and diaper changing stations are included as well. There are two locations: next to Discovery Land and by the 16th fairway (the latter of which is air-conditioned).
Conagra Brands Public Viewing Deck: With locations on the 18th tee and on the 18th green, this viewing deck is free to the public. It is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Tickets: Daily and weekly tickets are available for an affordable price. Children 17 and under have free general admission if accompanied by a ticketed adult. Military personnel and an additional plus-one can also receive free general admission when they present their military ID. For the Final Round on Sunday, fathers will be granted free general admission in honor of Father’s Day. Tickets to J. Brewer’s | Frederik’s are sold out.
Important Policies:
- During the tournament, all guests must silence their cell phones as a courtesy to the players.
- Bags or wallets as big as 4.5” by 6.5” are permitted; bags larger than this must be clear.
- Autographs are only allowed prior to or after a player has completed her round of golf.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed.
- Bagged chairs are permitted on the course.
- No pets are allowed. Service animals, per the ADA, are permitted onsite.
Donate to the Simply Give program: Throughout the course, Meijer Simply Give kiosks are available for fan donations. Donations can be made via credit card or Apple Pay and will automatically go towards Simply Give.
